A carer is anyone who cares for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability or a mental health problem cannot cope without their support.
Caring can have an impact on many aspects of your life such as health and wellbeing, money and benefits, getting out and about, working and learning. Many carers can easily become socially isolated.
As a carer you may not know what help and information exists. NEWCIS is the largest provider of carer services in Wales and may be able to help. They offer an independent, confidential service to carers living in Flintshire.
