CPR Training Videos Posted or Updated on 11 Jan 2024

The Wales Cardiac Network’s “Save a Life Cymru” team have produced two CPR training videos; an English and a Welsh version.

The majority of cardiac arrests occur in the home, and during the first wave of the coronavirus pandemic we saw an increase in out of hospital cardiac arrests. Our aim with these training videos is to enable members of the public to make the correct decisions and perform basic CPR.
